Domestic delivery
Free shipping is available for purchases totalling JPY 30,000 (including tax) or more.

Shipping charges are stipulated according to the weight and size of the parcel being shipped. Some lighter items, such as food, may have a fixed extra charge which is cheaper than the above.

International shipping
International shipments are sent by EMS with strict packing. Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package. Your shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page when you place your order.
Please note that for some products, the shipping cost may not be calculated accurately automatically. In such cases, we will contact you with the corrected total amount including the shipping cost. Additionally, items weighing over 30 kg cannot be automatically calculated for EMS shipping. We will provide a separate quote for the optimal shipping method and cost, so please contact us directly.
