Born in Fukushima Prefecture in 1977. Resides in Tokyo.
Every day, I am amazed at how the time spent with flowers is filled with elements that enrich life. Flowers, as vessels for deities or as offerings to welcome them, have always been an integral part of people's lives. By delving into ancient traditions, and with the aim of making the ongoing relationship between flowers and people an even more enjoyable experience, I am broadly active through various approaches, including stage arrangements, performances, and workshops, not only in Japan but also in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Beijing, New York, and the Netherlands.
In parallel with my own activities, I am also dedicated to creating opportunities for the next generation to thrive and am involved in the planning and operation of the National High School Ikebana Battle.
